Having all your important business information on your computer is great, but what do you do when it all goes wrong? Computers can and will fail (it's just a matter of time) so make sure you have a decent backup of all your files.

Of course, you could simply manually copy your files from one machine to another, or copy them onto CD, DVD or memory stick as and when you want to. But realistically this isn't a great solution; for a start you're going to forget to do it regularly enough plus it's time consuming and can be awkward.
